As part of the ‘Bold & Boozy’ series, this bar plays with Agur’s Spanish roots. We can only agree that vermouth represents the coolest of aperitif culture. In Spain, vermouth is usually served neat, with ice, a slice of orange and an olive. Due to past traditions, it’s viewed as the most socially acceptable alcoholic drink to have before noon on a Sunday! Salud!
