The colour of the fresh berries are the perfect combination of the Norwegian flag.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pavlova cake is originally from Australia ans new Zealand, in the early 20th century but it has become a tradition in Norway for the constitution day in the 17th of May.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fun fact: Norway actually ranks No. 1 in the world in pavlova recipe searches, which spike the highest in the days leading up to 17th of May.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pavlova is made of whipped egg whites and sugar, crowned with whipped cream and berries.
