Pavlova party

Our Pavlova party bar is a creamy merengue white chocolate topped with dry merengue and Nordic berries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. The colour of the fresh berries are the perfect combination of the Norwegian flag.

Pavlova cake is originally from Australia ans new Zealand, in the early 20th century but it has become a tradition in Norway for the constitution day in the 17th of May. 

Fun fact: Norway actually ranks No. 1 in the world in pavlova recipe searches, which spike the highest in the days leading up to 17th of May.

Pavlova is made of whipped egg whites and sugar, crowned with whipped cream and berries. It’s a delightful play of textures: crisp outer shell of merengue, chewy interior, and crowned with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
