This is our most creative collaboration so far that  has resulted in this cocktail bar collection of three classic cocktails reimagined as chocolate bars.

Amaretto sour – Is a creamy vegan white chocolate made with almonds, lemon, amaretto and cherry.

Negroni – Is a bold dark chocolate made with negroni infused cocoa beans & orange bitters, topped with orange peel and Campari powder.

Irish coffee – Is a rich dark milk chocolate made with whiskey infused cocoa beans & coffee, topped with a swirl of white chocolate.

Svanen/DGÆ is an award winning cocktail bar in Oslo, located inside a former pharmacy from 1896. This beautiful venue has protected national heritage status. The Svanen bar team are keen to maintain these high standards, by respecting the historical soul of the venue and delivering the right combination of classic and innovative signature cocktails.
