Using the excellent ‘Heirloom Cacao Preservation’ accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte’s Hacienda Limon farm, we have created a classic 70% dark bar. We invite you to taste and to celebrate the fantastic work of the 12 Tree team, who are rehabilitating the 192 hectare plantation at Hacienda Limón, preserving this rare indigenous cacao variety from modern and more generic varieties. Limited to 1000 bars.
All of our single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans, sugar and cocoa butter. Our chocolates are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. No added lecithin, or vanilla.
